Congratulations to the JAG program at Independence High School! Our program was one of only 4 schools to represent the state of New Mexico at the JAG National Career Development Conference recently. IHS student Hiram Hernandez and JAG Teacher Rachel Feliciano attended the conference to represent our state and RRPS. Hiram participated in three competitions with 600 students at the conference representing 30 schools from across the U.S.
IHS and Hiram brought home two recognition awards: Outstanding JAG Chapter and a Service Project award.
We are so proud of all of our JAG students, and especially proud of Hiram for representing RRPS and our state on the national level.
