RRPS TITLE I LEARNING COMPACT

The purpose of the Title I program is "to provide all children significant opportunity to receive a fair, equitable, and high-quality education" (ESSA, Section 1001). In Rio Rancho Public Schools, during school year 2020-2021, the following schools are designated Title I with school-wide programs: CAE, CDNE, ESE, ERMS, IHS, LMS, MCE, MLKE, PDSE, RRE, RRMS, and VGE.  Because your child attends a Title I school, s/he is eligible for Title I funded educational support services through the district focused on improving educational outcomes in math and reading.

Students are most successful when parents, teachers and students all work together. Learning is best when it happens at home and at school. Parents, teachers and students must share ideas, progress, and academic needs. This agreement, or compact, lists goals for the student and expectations of the teachers, parents and students to make sure that learning is maximized. Please go over the following with your child and check the items you are willing to commit to do.

Please complete one form per child. Note that not all RRPS schools have a designated Title I school program.
